Pathmaker Bio is developing a novel, patented class of molecules, Conversomes(™), that are designed to uniquely recognize individual amino acids along with their post-translational modifications (PTMs). When combined with our proprietary chemistry, these molecules concatanate and form a reverse translatated pDNA(™) for the target protein which can be analyzed on any DNA analysis platforms. This powerful chemistry enables rapid quantitative detection of protein panels. The Pathmaker proprietary chemistry can also be used to generate on-demand “synthetic antibodies” i.e, custom affinity reagents targeting any protein, peptide, or specific region of a biomarker. The Pathmaker workflow is designed as a simple benchtop process that leverages widely accessible DNA analysis platforms such as qPCR and NGS.
